What is Mollom Free?
Mollom Free is our term for our most basic spam filtering service, which we make available for free (as in "free beer") to sites with limited post volumes. It provides all the features of our Mollom Plus product, but is limited in the number of posts it will protect each day and limited in access to our high-availability back-end infrastructure.
What is Mollom Plus? Why pay?
Mollom Plus is our subscription-only, high-availability spam filtering service. Mollom Plus not only lets you process up to 10,000 legitimate posts or 10,000 correct CAPTCHAs each day, the Mollom Plus clients have access to a very robust high-availability backend infrastructure not available to our Mollom Free clients. If your site has a large daily volume of posts or you need access to Mollom Plus' high-availability network of servers, Mollom Plus is your best choice. Or, if you hate spam as much as we do and believe that Mollom's services have reduced the amount of time you're spending policing your content, consider a Mollom Plus subscription to help support our efforts to fight spam.
We only charge 1 euro a day per site!
Who is using Mollom?
Mollom is used by leading online media and publishing companies (including Sony BMG, LinuxJournal, Adobe, Warner Brothers, Jupitermedia and FastCompany), non-profit organizations, personal blogs, community websites, and more. A number of our users have comments posted on

What types of payment do you accept?
We bill all our Mollom Plus clients using
PayPal
. Using your PayPal account, you may choose to fund your payment with your regular PayPal account balance, through a major credit card (including
Visa
,
MasterCard
,
American Express
, and
Discover
), or with a wire transfer from your checking or savings account. We do make invoices available for download for each transaction.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
We currently don't support annual payments, unless you have 3 or more Mollom Plus subscriptions. In that case, we can send you a yearly invoice and you can pay by check or wire transfer instead of PayPal. If you are a volume user, please use our

and we can discuss the specifics about your needs.
Will I have to pay manually each month?
No, we set up a recurring monthly payment. Unless you cancel your Mollom Plus subscription, we automatically bill your PayPal account each month. If you are using one of the major credit cards supported by PayPal, this will result in a monthly credit card transaction.
Does the monthly fee include VAT or sales taxes?
No, VAT or sales tax charges are not included in the monthly fees listed on our pricing page, but are billed to your PayPal account if applicable. If you are based in the European Union (EU) and do not have a VAT code, we will charge you VAT. If you are based in the EU and have a VAT code, or if you live outside the EU, you will not be charged VAT. For US customers, we do not charge a sales tax on your monthly subscription.
Can I pay you with a currency other than the euro?
Yes, PayPal currently accepts many different forms of currency, and will automatically use the latest exchange rates to process Mollom payments in euros. You can look up the current conversion rates at

Can I cancel my Mollom subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point in time. Since a Mollom Plus subscription is billed monthly, your cancellation becomes effective at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer partial month refunds.

What if I need more?
Some people are special, we understand that. We strongly respect the needs of enterprise users: security, robustness, high quality of service and high volume. For you, we run dedicated Mollom servers or provide volume-based pricing that scales well beyond the volume limits of a Mollom Plus account.
